Six private areas, each opening on to what that person needs and nothing more. Patients and families sign themselves up. Clinicians are verified by us first. Director access is granted by The Rehab Haven alone.

Patient portal
Your recovery journey, appointments, plan and exercises, a pain and function diary, goals, documents, your Recovery Passport and messages to the team.

Caregiver portal
Education for the person you care for, exercise videos, home safety guidance, caregiver instructions, reminders, progress updates and questions for the team.

Learner portal
The Rehab Haven Education: courses, CPD, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, quizzes, your records of completion and clinical learning resources.
Verified access
For clinicians we have checked.
Create an account, send us your professional details, and we open the portal for you once we have verified them.

Therapist portal
Caseload, schedule, assessment forms, treatment notes, exercise prescription, homecare reports, follow-up reminders, monthly reporting and documents.

Doctor and referrer portal
Refer a patient, follow the status of your referrals, request updates and correspond with The Rehab Haven where consent allows.

Director and administrator
Enquiries, booking and homecare requests, referrals, clinician verification, and the education programmes shown across the site. Access is granted by The Rehab Haven, never by signing up.
Health information belongs to the person it is about. Anything you record in your own portal is stored against your account and is never shown anywhere on this website.
