What has come in through the website. Everything here is visible to administrators only.
The private side
The Haven Workspace is where clinical documentation, research, evidence reviews, the knowledge centre, publishing, media production, peer review and quality checks are done. It is open to you and to clinicians you have verified, and it is listed nowhere on the public website.

Bookings, enquiries, homecare requests, referrals and portal messages, newest first.
Clinician approvals
Therapists and referring clinicians who have asked for portal access. Check their registration before you approve.
Accounts with clinical access
Approving opens the therapist or referrer portal for that account only. It does not make anyone an administrator: director access is set up separately by SimplePath at your request.
Content library
Everything the public side reads from: Knowledge Hub articles, research projects, publications, reports, Press titles, media items and research opportunities. Each item carries its stage, version, history and approval record, and only an item marked Published is visible to visitors.
Education programmes
What you publish here appears in the learner portal, and the patient and caregiver portals when you tick those audiences.
