Booking

Ask for an appointment.

Tell us who you are and what you need help with. We will reply to confirm a time with you. If filling in a form is not for you, message us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email. All three reach the same team.

Booking request

Five short answers. Nothing here is a confirmed appointment until we reply to you.

A sentence is enough. For example the part of the body affected, how long it has been going on, and what it stops you doing.

Write it however you like. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

We use what you send only to arrange and provide your care.

What happens after you send it.

We keep this simple, so you always know what the next move is and who is making it.

  1. 1

    We read your request

Someone from the team reads what you have written and checks it against the days and times you gave us.

  2. 2

    We reply to confirm

We contact you on the number or email you gave, agree a time that works, and tell you anything you should bring.

  3. 3

Your first visit is an assessment

We start by listening, then examining: your history, your movement, and what everyday life currently costs you.

  4. 4

    You leave with a plan

Clear goals in ordinary language, so you can say in your own words what you are working on and why.

Coming to the centre

Useful to have with you.

None of this is compulsory. Bring what you have, and we will work with it.

  1. Any letters, scans or reports

If a doctor or hospital has already seen you, whatever they gave you helps us understand where your care has reached.

  2. A list of medicines you take

The names are enough. It saves time and keeps the assessment accurate.

  3. Clothing you can move in

Assessment involves movement, so wear or bring something comfortable that lets us see the affected area.

  4. Your walking aid, brace or prosthesis

If you use one, bring it. We would rather assess you with the equipment you actually rely on day to day.

  5. Someone who helps you, if you have one

Family members and caregivers are welcome. Much of recovery happens at home, and it helps when they hear the plan too.

A physiotherapist supporting a patient through a shoulder exercise with dumbbells

Rehabilitation that helps you return to life.
