The Rehab Haven is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre at 15 Crescent Avenue, South Patasi, Kumasi. Care here is delivered by a clinical team working together around one plan, for one person at a time.
We don't only treat conditions. We help people rebuild function, independence, confidence and participation in everyday life.

Whoever you see on the day is working from the same plan, so your care does not restart every visit.

Uncertainty is part of rehabilitation. You will hear it from us plainly rather than find out later.

Progress is measured in daily life
Standing from a chair. Climbing your own steps. Carrying a child. Getting back to work. That is the scoreboard.

Families are part of the care
Most of recovery happens at home, so the people who help you are taught the plan too, with your agreement.

Nothing is published without consent
No patient photograph, story or detail appears anywhere from us unless that person has said yes to it.

We are at 15 Crescent Avenue, South Patasi, Kumasi, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Send a booking request and we will confirm your time.
