How anything gets made here
From idea to published, in order.
Every video, episode and script runs the same production route. Clinical content is reviewed by a clinician and editorial content by an editor before recording is approved for release.

Statuses our team can see at any moment
Idea, researching, draft, clinical review, editorial review, approved, scheduled, published, archived. Anything derived afterwards, an article, a handout, a short clip, keeps a reference back to the approved original, so a claim can always be traced to its source.
Patient stories
Told by the person, or not told at all.
Consent first
A story is only published when the person has given written consent for that specific use, and consent can be withdrawn afterwards.
Nothing identifiable
No clinical record, image, name or detail reaches a story, a report or a social post unless the person has agreed to it.
No invented recoveries
We do not write testimonials, invent outcomes or dress a composite story as a real patient. Composites are labelled as composites.
